Como recepcionista, você será o primeiro ponto de contato para os pacientes que visitam nossa clínica médica. Suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting them with check‑in procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
- Responding to inbound calls and making outgoing calls as needed, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing clear information about our services.
- Organizing and attaching patient medical records securely within our electronic system, maintaining accurate documentation for each visit.
- Entering details of services rendered into our practice management software, updating patient files in real time to support billing and follow‑up care.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service, both face‑to‑face and over the telephone. Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical or similar service environment is essential, as the role requires familiarity with clinic operations and patient confidentiality. Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency with word processing, email, and the specific software used for record‑keeping and scheduling.
Our work schedule is designed to provide consistent coverage while allowing for a balanced routine. You will be expected to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. This regular schedule helps us maintain reliable service for our patients while offering predictable hours for the team.
Compensation for this position is competitive and transparent. The role offers an annual salary of R$16,800, which equates to approximately R$1,400 per month.
