As a Production Assistant at RGE, your primary responsibility will center on supporting the efficient operation of our finishing production lines, specifically the Reboqueiras and Fardos Line. In this role, you will ensure that all processes adhere strictly to the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity during the drying phase. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain operational excellence will play a crucial part in maintaining the overall performance of our manufacturing operations.
- Support the operation of the finishing line, including Rebobinadeiras and Fardos Line
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production cycle
- Assist in ensuring optimal safety protocols are followed on the production floor
- Participate in daily productivity initiatives aimed at improving output efficiency
- Collaborate closely with operators and supervisors to resolve operational challenges
